White cherry jam with lemon turns out to be very tasty and aromatic. And thanks to this recipe, the jam gets a beautiful amber, transparent color. This delicacy can be used for homemade baked goods or pancake filling.

Sort the cherries and soak them in cold water. We leave it for 15 minutes, then drain the water, and rinse the cherries under running water. And remove the bones from it.

Now fill the cherries with granulated sugar and leave it to let the juice go for 6 hours.

We put the cherries on the fire, when the jam boils, boil for another 10 minutes. And we remove from the fire. We leave it to cool for 10 hours.

We repeat the process again, put it on the stove and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and cool. At the third cooking, add a few slices of lemon to the jam. And cook for 15 minutes. We pour the finished jam into sterilized jars.
