Hawthorn jam with lemon

Hawthorn berries have a pleasant sweet taste with a slight sourness. They are delicious both fresh and in the form of blanks. We suggest to cook jam from these fruits together with lemon to enhance the natural taste of hawthorn. Such jam will be useful in autumn and winter during colds, since hawthorn contains a large amount of vitamin C.
