In a multicooker bowl, boil water with sugar in the "Cooking" mode, thus preparing the syrup. When the syrup boils, add the hawthorn to the saucepan. We close the lid of the multicooker, cook in the "Stew" mode for 10 minutes. Then turn off the multicooker, let the jam brew for about 12 hours.
