Sweet cherry jam with orange

In the summertime, it's time to prepare an unusual assorted jam of white cherries, cherries, oranges and lemon. It has a unique sweet and sour taste and provides invaluable benefits to the body in the form of vitamins and minerals. This jam is well stored due to the abundance of natural acid in it.

Sort the cherries, remove twigs, leaves and other rubbish. Wash the berries in a colander.
