Blueberry jam with orange

Blueberry jam with citrus notes is amazingly tasty and healthy. In winter, such a delicacy will increase immunity and replenish the body with such important vitamins.

Wash the blueberries and pat dry on a paper towel. Wash the lemon and cut in half. Squeeze the juice out of one part. Pour boiling water over the orange, wipe and cut the peel. Cut the flesh into small pieces.

Put the berries in a bowl, add orange slices and lemon juice. Add sugar, mix well and use a potato pusher to mash the berries, leaving them partially intact. Leave the mixture overnight, covered with a towel.
