Blueberry jam with mint

Blueberries are one of the healthiest berries, they contain vitamins of groups A, C, PP, B and more. It can be used to prepare mousses, jellies, compotes, marshmallows and preserves. Blueberry mint jam will appeal to those who do not like too sweet homemade preparations.

Sort the blueberries, wash and dry.
