Jam from wild berries, blueberries and strawberries turns out to be incredibly tender and tasty. It's just that blueberry jam is somewhat bland, and strawberries add sweetness and aroma to it.

Cooking process
Cook the jam over low heat for 10 minutes, constantly skimming off the froth with a spoon. Use a slotted spoon to remove the berries from the pan and simmer the syrup separately over low heat until some of the liquid evaporates and becomes thicker. Then transfer the berries back to the syrup, bring the jam to a boil.
