Blueberry harvesting for the winter is a healthy treat with an attractive shade and tempting taste. Here is a simple recipe for making delicious and aromatic blueberry jam. Using zhelfix, making thick blueberry jam is not difficult.

The blueberries need to be washed. Place the berries in a cooking container.

In a separate container, mix granulated sugar (2 tbsp. L.) And gelatin.

Pour blueberries with the resulting dry mixture. We mix. Next, put the container with berries on the fire and bring to a boil.

As soon as the berry mass boils, add the remaining granulated sugar to it and mix. Bring the berry mixture to a boil again and then simmer for exactly 3 minutes.

Pour the finished hot jam into sterilized jars and roll up the lids. Leave the jars of blueberry jam upside down for a couple of hours. After that, we turn the containers upside down and store them in a cool place. When the jam is completely cool, it will become as thick as possible thanks to the use of gelatin.
