Black currant jam five minutes

Black currant is a healthy berry, rich in vitamin C. Currant berries are used to prepare preserves, jams, jellies, compotes, and freeze. I suggest making a five-minute blackcurrant jam. With this method of cooking, a large amount of vitamins is retained.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Sort out the black currants. Place the berries in a strainer or colander and rinse thoroughly under cold running water. Leave the berries on for a while to allow the excess liquid to glass. In a deep container where you will cook the jam, pour water and granulated sugar, put on fire and dissolve completely.
step 2 out of 6
Divide clean and dried berries into three parts. Pour one part of the berries into the syrup and bring to a boil, then add the second part and bring to a boil again.
step 3 out of 6
Add the rest of the blackcurrant and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. The next step is to pour out the granulated sugar and cook until it is completely dissolved.
step 4 out of 6
In the meantime, prepare the jars, wash thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Banks must be completely dry. Using a ladle, carefully pour the jam into sterile jars.
step 5 out of 6
Tighten hot jars of blackcurrant jam with lids, after pouring boiling water over them, and turn them upside down. Leave as it is until it cools completely.
step 6 out of 6
Then turn the jars over and store in a cool, dark place. The next day you can taste the jam.

Enjoy!
