Blackcurrant jam without added water

We carefully sort out the black currant berries and wash them. We drain the water through a colander and let dry a little.

In a capacious saucepan and frying pan, mix clean berries and sugar. Stir, slightly pushing the currants.

As soon as the berries let out some juice, put the dishes on moderate heat. Cook the jam for about 30 minutes. Do not forget to stir and skim.
