Sugar Free Blackberry Jam

In the modern world, many people follow their figure and want to reduce the consumption of granulated sugar and other sweets. Some people do not consume sugar due to health contraindications. So I want to share a simple sugar-free blackberry jam recipe.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Sort the blackberries thoroughly, put in a sieve or colander, rinse gently and leave for a while to allow excess liquid to glass. In the meantime, prepare the jars, wash them thoroughly and sterilize them in the microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan. Jars and lids must be completely dry.
step 2 out of 4
Put the prepared blackberries in a deep container with a thick bottom, in which you will cook the jam without sugar, and grind until smooth using a submersible blender or potato grinder.
step 3 out of 4
Place the container with chopped blackberries over medium heat and cook until boiling. As soon as the berry mass boils, reduce heat and cook the jam for no more than 5 minutes, and then immediately remove from heat.
step 4 out of 4
Using a ladle, pour the hot blackberry jam into sterile jars. Roll up the jam jars with a seamer, then turn them upside down and wrap them in a warm blanket. Leave to cool completely. Then turn the jam jars over and move them to a cool, dark place for long-term storage.

Enjoy!
