Blackberry jam is usually tasteless and lusciously sweet. The orange will give the blackberry jam an unusual and new taste and aroma. This recipe suggests boiling blackberries in orange juice.

Sort out the blackberries, rinse and pour boiling water for 5 minutes, after which the blackberries will better reveal their taste. Then dry the berries on a paper towel.

Put the prepared blackberries in a bowl for making jam. Pour orange juice over it and add the calculated amount of sugar. Leave the blackberries in the juice for 3 hours to infuse. Do not stir the berries.

Then put the dishes with blackberries on a small heat so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Bring the jam to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes from the beginning of the boil, also without stirring, so that the berries remain intact.
