The sliced figs are sent to the pan. Sugar is added to it and everything is filled with water. The mass is brought to a boil and orange juice, zest and a cinnamon stick are sent to it. The jam is boiled two more times and poured into the jars.

Remove the pan with the contents from the heat and let stand for 3 hours to cool the jam. We return to the stove, bring it to a boil for the last time and pour the hot mass into previously sterilized jars. Tightly tighten the lids and leave to cool completely.
