Irga jam without sugar

Irga is a delicious berry rich in useful vitamins. Irgi berries are consumed both raw and cooked. Jam and jams, decoctions and infusions, compotes and fruit drinks are made from it. I want to pour on a wonderful recipe for sugar-free irgi jam.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Collect irgi berries from the bush. We will cook the dirge jam without sugar, since the fruits themselves are very sweet. Ready jam can be stored at room temperature for up to six months. But I keep it, like all the other seaming, in a dark, cool place.
step 2 out of 4
Sort out the berries of a sirgi carefully. Place the berries in a strainer or colander and rinse well under cold running water. Leave the berries on for a while to allow the excess liquid to glass.
step 3 out of 4
Transfer the clean berries of the irgi into a deep container with a thick bottom, add drinking water. Place container on fire and bring to a boil. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Then turn off and cool completely for 8 hours. Prepare the jars, wash thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Banks must be completely dry.
step 4 out of 4
Add citric acid to the jam, stir and put on a low heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes. Using a ladle, carefully pour the jam into sterile jars. Tighten hot jars of sirgi jam with lids and turn upside down. Leave to cool completely. Then turn the cans over and store them.

Enjoy!
