Irga is a delicious berry rich in useful vitamins. Irgi berries are consumed both raw and cooked. Jam and jams, decoctions and infusions, compotes and fruit drinks are made from it. I want to pour on a wonderful recipe for sugar-free irgi jam.

Transfer the clean berries of the irgi into a deep container with a thick bottom, add drinking water. Place container on fire and bring to a boil. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Then turn off and cool completely for 8 hours. Prepare the jars, wash thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Banks must be completely dry.
