Sort out the berries of sirgi and raspberries, remove excess twigs and leaves. Then wash the berries, dry on a kitchen towel.
Pour berries with 1 kg of sugar, mix, leave for a day until the sugar is completely dissolved.

When the sugar dissolves, pour the remaining 1 kg of sugar into a container with berries, mix thoroughly. Pour the berry-sugar mixture into a deep saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat. Leave the jam for 2 hours. Then bring to a boil again.

Pour ready-made jam from irgi and raspberries into pre-sterilized jars, roll up. Put the jars to cool in a dark place, wrapped in a blanket. Then rearrange the jars of jam in a cool place and store until winter. Jam is simply delicious!
