Irga and cherry jam

Cherry and Irga complement each other perfectly. Irga is sweet and fresh in taste, and cherries are rather sour. Very tasty and healthy jam is obtained from these berries, irga contains antioxidants that have a beneficial effect on the state of the body.

Sort out the berries of the irgi from the twigs, leaves, remove the stalks, wash and discard in a colander so that the water is glass.

Transfer the sirga and cherries to a saucepan, cover with sugar. Leave the berries until they start to sap.
