Zucchini and apple jam

Zucchini jam for many sounds like something amazing. In fact, this is a very tasty and mouth-watering delicacy! Especially when combined with fruits and citrus fruits. Amazing jam is made from zucchini and apples! Thick, juicy, amber, it just pleases the eye!

We put everything in a saucepan, squeeze out the juice of half a lemon. Stir and cover with sugar. We leave the products for one hour so that they release enough juice for cooking.
