Amber, aromatic zucchini jam with orange has an interesting, unusual taste! Buns and pies, pancakes and toasts with it are simply amazing!

Wash the zucchini, cut off the peel from them, then cut into halves and clean the seeds. We pass the zucchini through a meat grinder. Fill the squash puree with sugar and leave it for an hour to get enough juice.

We also peel the oranges, cut into several slices and remove the seeds. Grind them with a meat grinder.

Combine zucchini and orange in a saucepan, stir, put on fire and bring to a boil. After that, we reduce the heat, and, stirring, cook for half an hour.
