Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
For the preparation of jam, both young zucchini and ripe ones with ripe seeds are suitable. We rinse them in running water and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry out a little. Then we remove the stalk, clean the zucchini from the peel and seeds. The recipe indicates the weight of the zucchini already peeled. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.
step 2 out of 6
Rinse oranges and lemon in running water, cut into small slices and remove seeds.
step 3 out of 6
Pour sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add water, stir and put on medium heat. Bring the syrup to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
step 4 out of 6
Add chopped zucchini to the boiling syrup, mix and bring to a boil, then boil the jam for 5 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
At the next stage, add citrus fruits to the jam, mix and bring to a boil. Then we reduce the fire and cook the jam for 40-50 minutes. Remove the finished jam from the heat.
step 6 out of 6
Distribute hot jam in sterilized jars, close tightly with boiled lids, turn the jars upside down and leave to cool completely. Then we put the jam for storage in a cool dark place.
