Strawberry jam in a multicooker-pressure cooker

Strawberry jam in a multicooker pressure cooker cooks quickly, because it has a pressure cooking mode, but it turns out to be liquid, although it retains the bright color and aroma of berries. To get a thicker jam, either pectin and lemon juice are added to it, or the jam is cooked in several steps and with a baking mode. The simplest recipe is offered to you.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Get your multicooker pressure cooker ready for use and read the instructions again.
step 2 out of 6
Prepare strawberries. You do not need to dry them.
step 3 out of 6
Pour the amount of sugar indicated in the recipe into the multi-bowl of the appliance and transfer the prepared strawberries. Leave the berries with sugar for 10-15 minutes so that the strawberries give their juice, because the multicooker-pressure cooker without liquid in the bowl does not turn on in any program.
step 4 out of 6
Then, without closing the appliance lid, turn on the "Extinguishing" program for the default time. When the jam boils, remove all the froth from the surface. Close the lid and after blocking the valve with steam, simmer the jam on this program for 10 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
After this time, drain off the steam and open the lid. Mix the pectin with two tablespoons of sugar, pour this mixture over the jam, stir and cook the jam under a closed lid for another 5 minutes. Then turn off the device and wait for the pressure drop under the cover. Pour hot jam into pre-sterilized jars and seal hermetically.
step 6 out of 6
Strawberry jam in a multicooker-pressure cooker is ready. After cooling, transfer the jars to storage in a dark place.
Delicious and successful preparations!
