My cherry plum from pollution, we remove fruits with defects. We prick each cherry plum a couple of times with a toothpick so that the skin does not burst.

In a large saucepan, mix sugar with water, put on the stove. Dissolve the sugar, bring the syrup to a boil. Put the cherry plum in hot syrup, stir, remove from the stove and let cool.

After cooling down, put on the stove again, bring to a boil, cook for five minutes, removing the foam. Turn off and let cool again. After cooling down, repeat the cycle again.

Wash jars and lids and sterilize in any way you are accustomed to. We pack the finished jam in sterile jars.
