We will prepare all the products.

Now you need to sort out the currants and gooseberries, peel the stalks, rinse and let dry.

Mix the berries and grind with a blender or in a meat grinder.

Pour the orange over with boiling water, cut into small pieces, get rid of the pits, add to the berry mixture and grind.
