Raw gooseberry jam with citrus will be a good way of vitamin and tasty preparation for the winter, especially for those housewives who are limited in time, because the jam does not need to be boiled and sterilized. In this recipe, lemon and oranges are added to the jam, but the ratio can be changed. This amazingly tasty mixture is only stored in the freezer. If this is not possible, then more sugar is added, which is not entirely beneficial for the body.

First, prepare the gooseberries for this piece. Use small scissors to remove the ponytails from both sides. Then rinse the berry well with warm water and discard it in a colander to drain excess liquid.
