Gooseberry jam in a slow cooker

Gooseberry jam is rightfully recognized as the most fragrant, juicy and healthy. But usually the cooking process took a long time. With the advent of multicooker, everything has changed: delicious jam containing many useful substances is prepared quickly and effortlessly.

Peel the gooseberries from leaves, twigs. Rinse the berries and pat dry on a kitchen towel.

Wash the oranges, cut into small cubes with the zest.

In a deep bowl, mix oranges and gooseberries, grind with a blender into a mass that resembles mashed potatoes in consistency.

Put the mass in a multicooker bowl, cover with sugar, mix thoroughly until smooth. Cook the jam in the "Stew" mode for half an hour with the lid open, periodically removing the foam. After half an hour, take out the multicooker bowl with jam, let it cool. Repeat the procedure 2 times.

Sterilize jars for jam in the microwave: pour some water into them, turn on the microwave for 3 minutes.

Pour ready-made jam into the prepared container. Then roll up the cans, turn them upside down, wrap them in a blanket and put them in a warm place. When the jam has cooled down, you can move it to the refrigerator. It turns out to be delicious!
