Forest strawberries are good for everyone - aromatic, sweet and healthy. But it takes a huge amount of time to separate the sepals from this berry. If there are no assistants, it is difficult, and many are stopped from the idea of making, for example, jam. You can simplify the process and "allow" the berries to cook together with sepals. The only unshakable condition is, of course, thorough rinsing of the raw materials, since it retains dust well.

Cooking process
We carefully sort out the strawberries and throw away random garbage and defective berries. Place the prepared berries in a colander in portions and rinse under running water. Let the berries dry. Then put the forest strawberries in a bowl for making jam and cover with granulated sugar. Mix and cover the container with a clean towel. We leave the strawberries with sugar for five to six hours so that the juice stands out.
