Wild strawberry jam with stalks is a real royal delicacy. Cooked with stalks, it better retains the beneficial properties of this incredible berry. The jam turns out to be very fragrant and aromatic, and tea drinking is a pure pleasure. Do not forget to prepare such a delicacy for the winter!

We sort out the collected berries, cleaning them from twigs and other debris. We wash it and let it dry.

Pour the forest strawberries into a saucepan and top with sugar. Dilute the lemon in 2 tablespoons of water and add to the berries.

Let the berry brew for a couple of hours or leave it overnight to let the juice flow.

Now we put the pan on a preheated stove and cook for 5 minutes. Foam forms on top of the jam, it must be removed. In this form, we leave the jam for a day. Put the jam on the stove again and cook it until tender.

Now we pour the jam into sterilized jars and roll it up.
