I want to share a recipe for delicious wild berry jam. I make raspberry and blackberry jam every year. I will definitely prepare at least one jar. The aroma and taste of such a jam is simply beyond words, you must definitely try it. Wild berries perfectly retain their incomparable taste.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make a flavorful jam. Sort the raspberries, blackberries and strawberries carefully.

If necessary, put the berries in a deep container, fill with cold water and rinse gently, drain through a sieve or colander and let the excess liquid drain.

Place the prepared berries in a metal dish with a thick bottom.

Fill the berries with the required amount of granulated sugar.

Stir gently so that the berries do not crumple and retain their shape, leave for about 1-1.5 hours, covered with a lid. During this time, the berries will release a sufficient amount of aromatic juice.

Then put the container with wild berries on a low heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and skimming off the resulting foam. Cook the berry jam for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. This will take about an hour.

The jam will boil down well and become thicker. In the meantime, prepare the jars, wash them thoroughly and sterilize them in the microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids. Jars and lids must be completely dry.

Using a ladle, carefully pour the hot jam into sterile jars. Roll the jars of raspberry and blackberry jam with a seaming machine, then turn it upside down, wrap it in a warm blanket. Leave as it is until it cools completely.
