So let's get started!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We sort out the cherries, remove the stalks, put them in a colander and rinse them with cool water. We leave the berries in a colander to glass the water. Then, using a pin, a special machine or in a convenient way for you, remove the seeds from the berries. Put the raspberries in a colander, rinse under running water and leave in a colander for 10-15 minutes to drain the water.
step 2 out of 6
Pour water into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add sugar and put the pan on fire. While stirring, bring the syrup to a boil and remove from heat.
step 3 out of 6
Put the berries in hot syrup and leave for 4-5 hours at room temperature.
step 4 out of 6
After the syrup with the berries has completely cooled down, put the pan on low heat, bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 5-6 minutes. Then remove from heat and leave to cool for 4 hours at room temperature.
step 5 out of 6
After 4 hours, put the saucepan with jam on the fire, bring to a boil and cook the jam until it thickens.
step 6 out of 6
We lay out the hot jam in sterilized jars, tighten with boiled lids and turn the jars upside down. We leave the jam until it cools completely at room temperature, after which we put it in a cool dark place for storage.
