Raspberry and strawberry jam

Delicious jam with a pronounced aroma of wild berries and a summer mood is, of course, raspberry jam with strawberries. If you managed to collect some berries, then it is worth boiling at least one small jar of jam for the winter.

Go through the raspberries and clear them of debris. Put the berries in a saucepan, mash with a spoon and simmer under the lid for about fifteen minutes.

Rub the raspberries through a sieve to make a smooth puree. Wipe very thoroughly so that only skipped debris and bones remain in the sieve.

Put washed, sorted strawberries in a bowl of raspberry puree. Then add granulated sugar to the container, mix the mixture gently. The sugar should be evenly mixed with the raspberry puree. Put a bowl of jam on the fire and cook for about half an hour, gently stirring and removing the foam.

Spread the finished jam into small dry sterile jars, and then screw the jars with sterile lids. When the jam is completely cool, store it in a dark place.
