Watermelon pulp jam with walnuts

Chopped watermelon pulp, walnuts, sugar and black pepper are placed in one bowl. Everything is put in the microwave for 30-40 minutes and laid out in jars. The jam cooks very quickly and turns out to be incredibly tasty.

First, thoroughly rinse the watermelon under running water and dry it with a paper towel. Cut off all the pulp, cut it into small pieces and remove all the seeds. We transfer to a deep container that can be used in the microwave.

We send in a container with chopped watermelon pulp, peeled walnuts.

We fill everything with granulated sugar and add a pinch of ground black pepper, thanks to which the jam will turn out to be a little spicy. More sugar can be added if desired, but it is best not to change the amount. We put the container in the microwave for 30-40 minutes.

We check the readiness of the jam. To do this, scoop up a small amount of syrup with a teaspoon and drip it onto a saucer or plate. Let it cool down a little. It should harden and not spread over the surface of the plate.
