For making jam, not only fruits are suitable, but also some flowers, for example, dandelions. Such jam turns out to be beautiful in appearance and very sweet, it is sometimes even called dandelion honey. With the help of orange and lemon jam, you can add interesting sour notes.

For jam, it is better to collect barely blooming flowers so that they have more pollen on them. Separate the flowers from the stem and green leaves. Place the petals in a bowl and cover them with water. Bring the water with petals to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.

Wash the orange and lemon, cut and remove the seeds.

Add chopped fruits to the dandelions, cook them together for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the orange and lemon wedges from the jam, add sugar and continue cooking, stirring constantly.
