Incredibly tasty and tart jam with citrus notes. Juicy ranetki in combination with orange give an unusual taste and a bright aftertaste. The recipe is very simple and doesn't take long.

We wash small apples under running water, disposing of rotten and wormy fruits, leaving only ripe and hard ones. We remove the tails and the core, leave the peel and chop it arbitrarily.

We also rinse the citruses and cut them into slices right in the peel. If necessary, we take out all the bones, if any.

Using a blender, grind the sliced ​​oranges to a puree consistency.

In an enamel bowl of a suitable size, mix all the ingredients: orange puree, apples and sugar. We do not add water, since fruits already emit a lot of juice.

Mix the resulting mass thoroughly until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.
