Seasonal garden fruits can delight not only in summer, but all year round! Jam made from apples and plums available to everyone is a great addition to many dishes such as pancakes, pancakes, cheese cakes and many others.

We wash the apples thoroughly, removing all spoiled and wormy fruits. After drying, carefully using a toothpick, we make punctures at the base.

We transfer clean and chopped fruits to an enamel bowl or a saucepan (in such a bowl, the fruits do not lose their color and useful properties).

Dissolve two kilograms of sugar in a large glass of boiling water, pour over the prepared fruit, stir and leave for at least 3.5 hours. After the time has elapsed, we put everything on a small fire and gradually bring to a boil, occasionally stirring the mass with a wooden spatula (it is not recommended to use plastic appliances).

After the fruit container has been removed from the stove, let it brew for at least 12-13 hours. Then we sterilize the jars and fill with semi-prepared jam (before boiling) to the neck, adding one tablespoon of refined oil on top, and tighten the lids.
