The apples are cut into small pieces and sent to the sugar syrup. They are boiled in it in three stages, after which the finished jam is laid out in sterilized jars and rolled up.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We sort out the apples and choose beautiful, undamaged fruits from them. Then we thoroughly rinse them under running water, dry them on a paper towel and remove the tails.
step 2 out of 5
Cut the ranetki into small pieces.
step 3 out of 5
Cooking syrup. Pour half of the granulated sugar into a deep saucepan, add vanilla sugar to it and pour everything with two glasses of hot water. We put on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. We remove from the stove and send the sliced apples into the resulting sugar syrup. Let it stand for 20-30 minutes so that the ranetki are well saturated.
step 4 out of 5
Return the pan to the fire and bring it to a boil. Remove from the stove immediately and let stand for about 15 minutes. We repeat this step one more time. We periodically remove the resulting foam.
step 5 out of 5
Let the jam cool to room temperature and then pour it into previously sterilized jars and roll up everything with lids. We send it to a place suitable for storage, take it out in winter and use it as a filling for baking or serve it with hot tea. Bon Appetit!
