The apples are cut into small pieces and sent to the sugar syrup. They are boiled in it in three stages, after which the finished jam is laid out in sterilized jars and rolled up.

Cooking process
Cooking syrup. Pour half of the granulated sugar into a deep saucepan, add vanilla sugar to it and pour everything with two glasses of hot water. We put on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. We remove from the stove and send the sliced apples into the resulting sugar syrup. Let it stand for 20-30 minutes so that the ranetki are well saturated.
