Five-minute ranetki jam

Chopped apples are covered with sugar and left for five hours. Then the pan is put on fire and vanillin and citric acid are added to the ranetki. The jam is cooked for five minutes in three sets and it turns out to be very tasty.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rinse the apples thoroughly under running water and dry them on a paper towel. Cut out the cores, stalks and cut the woundlets into slices.
step 2 out of 5
We send the apples to a deep bowl, in which we will cook the jam, and fill them with granulated sugar. Let it stand in this way for 4-5 hours, so that the ranetki begin to secrete juice.
step 3 out of 5
We put the pan on the stove to heat up and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add vanillin, citric acid and cook for 5 minutes. Next, remove the pan from the stove and let the jam stand for 5-6 hours until it cools completely.
step 4 out of 5
We repeat the previous step one more time and leave it for 4-5 hours so that the apples are soaked in syrup. Cook the jam in the same way for the third time and immediately pour it into sterilized jars. Tightly tighten the lids and leave to cool completely.
step 5 out of 5
We store the jam at room temperature, open it in winter and serve it with hot tea. Bon Appetit!
