Unusual jam, but very tasty, will become a highlight among your blanks. Try to make this jam with citrus fruits and cinnamon aroma, because it won't take long, but the result will certainly please you.

Remove the top fibers from the washed rhubarb stalks and cut into medium pieces. Transfer it to a saucepan.

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and orange, having previously rolled out the citrus fruits on the table, pressing firmly with your hand. Pour the juice into a saucepan with rhubarb, add sugar and put on low heat. When the mass boils - put the cinnamon and boil for 10 minutes, then remove the spicy sticks.

Sort out the kernels and chop finely with a knife. Put them in jam and cook for 10 minutes.

Spread hot jam in sterile clean jars and close. Turn the jars over and cover with a blanket to cool naturally slowly. After 6 hours, you can enjoy the thickened and aromatic jam.
