Rhubarb ginger can be used to make tasty and healthy jam. The original delicacy is ideal for tea drinking and will perfectly dilute the abundance of the usual sweet preparations.

We wash the rhubarb under water, clean its thin top layer - a film, and then cut it into small cubes. We put it in a deep saucepan.

Fill the cut stems with water and put on fire. We boil for 20 minutes. During this time, the rhubarb should soften.

Remove the rhubarb from the heat, let it cool and grind in a blender to a gruel state. We return the mass to the pan, add sugar, add ginger.
