Rhubarb jam in a slow cooker

Unusual, aromatic rhubarb stalk jam is very easy to prepare in a slow cooker. The taste of rhubarb is tart, sweet and sour and a bit like apple. This jam will be a good filling for many desserts and homemade cakes.
