Mulberry jam five minutes

Mulberry outwardly resembles a blackberry and grows in a forest belt. It is not always easy to find this berry, but if the season turned out to be successful, then the mulberry must be prepared for future use and some vitamins should be saved for the winter. Mulberry jam prepared in the five-minute method turns out to be thick and rich.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Collect and sort the mulberries. Remove spoiled berries, worm bugs, leaves, etc. Rinse the berries gently in a bowl of water.
step 2 out of 4
Combine the berries dried in a colander with granulated sugar and leave for several hours so that the berries let the juice flow. When the sugar melts and you see the berries in the syrup, start cooking.
step 3 out of 4
Place the container with the jam on the stove and boil it for five minutes after boiling, without stopping stirring. Then cool the jam, let the excess moisture come out and repeat the process again. This must be repeated at least three times so that the mulberry jam comes out really thick and rich.
step 4 out of 4
After the last cooking, place the jam in small jars that must be sterilized in advance. Tighten the lids on the jars and allow the workpiece to cool completely before storing.
