Mulberry jam with lemon

Mulberry jam is not only incredibly tasty, but also insanely healthy. Mulberries help to cope with stress, fatigue and cheer up. This jam will be a great addition to tea and homemade cakes!

We wash the mulberry with water and cover it with granulated sugar. We leave it in this form for 2 hours. During this time, the berries will release juice.

Peel the lemon and cut into small squares. We add it to the mulberry.

Mix all the ingredients and place on the stove. Cook the jam over low heat for 15 minutes. After that, turn off the stove and insist it for another half hour. Then we repeat the cooking process.

We remove the jam from the fire. Let it cool down and roll it into sterilized jars.
