Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the plum and orange jam.

Wash the plums, dry them, remove the seeds from them. Put prepared plums in a saucepan, add 250 g of sugar. Wash the oranges, dry, cut into small pieces with the peel, remove the seeds, transfer the oranges to the plums. Wash the apples, dry, remove the core, cut the pulp with the peel into small pieces, send the apples to the rest of the fruit. Add ground cinnamon to the fruit pan. Pour in the remaining 250 g of sugar and stir.

Put the saucepan with the prepared fruit mass on the fire, bring to a boil.
