Autumn is the time when, having fed up with fresh fruits, you want to save them for the winter. A fragrant plum treat is easy to prepare, but it turns out to be juicy and tasty. Usually, a lot of sugar is added to the jam and this moment confuses some, because the preparation should be not only tasty, but also healthy. Therefore, we will add a little sugar and prepare the blank with gelatin to create a thick dessert consistency.

Sort the plums, wash and transfer to a bowl. Prepare sugar and gelatin.

Mix sugar and gelatin in one bowl.

Remove the seeds from the plums and cut into pieces.
