Wild plum jam is a healthy delicacy with aromatic and bright plum flavor and pleasant sourness. Due to the fact that the seeds are poorly separated from the wild plum, the jam is cooked together with the stone, and then rubbed through a sieve. The result is a delicate pitted plum jam.

Pour water into a saucepan with a thick bottom, bring it to a boil and add plums. Stir them periodically and boil for 15-20 minutes so that all the berries soften well. Then put the berries in a colander and rub them with a wooden spoon. We should have a plum puree. Throw away the seeds from the plums, and transfer the mashed potatoes to the broth in which the plums were cooked, add sugar and boil the jam for another 15-20 minutes.
