Wash plums, remove all unnecessary twigs and leaves. We cut each plum into halves, remove the stone. Next, cut all the halves into small pieces.

Pour the plums prepared in this way into a deep container, add 250 g of sugar and leave for a day until the sugar dissolves.

After a day, pour the remaining 250 g of sugar into a container with plums, add cocoa and chopped walnuts. Mix everything thoroughly.

During this time, we sterilize the jars necessary for jam, pour boiling water over the lids. Pour the finished plum jam with cocoa into jars, roll up.
