Plum jam with seeds is not exactly a jam, but an unusual delicacy. If you follow this recipe, you will end up with almost marmalade tight plums in sugar syrup. This delicacy is not only very tasty, but also healthy, since the plum contains many useful vitamins.

Pierce each plum with a toothpick or fork. Next, prepare the sugar syrup and pour it into a container with plums, then put the pan on the fire and bring to a boil. After boiling the jam, boil it literally for about five minutes, remembering to remove the foam from the surface of the jam. Leave the pot with plums for about ten hours and repeat the whole process three to four times.
