Plum jam with chocolate

You will get a special, very tasty and original delicacy from plums and chocolate. You can treat guests with such jam or gather your family for tea. Any type of cocoa or chocolate is suitable for this recipe, even with an admixture of nuts or alcohol.

In a saucepan, mix sugar and water, put it on fire, bring the mixture to a boil and, stirring constantly, cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Sort out the plums, remove the tails, wash, discard the berries in a colander or spread them on a flat surface so that the water is glass. Cut the plums in half, remove the seeds. Transfer halves to syrup, stir and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
