Pine cone jam with lingonberries

A wonderful combination of coniferous aroma with lingonberry fruits. An incomparable delicacy will help strengthen the immune system in winter and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of forest aromas.

Boil water with sugar in a saucepan, stir.

Immerse the buds in cold water and wash thoroughly. Let them dry in a colander or lay on a towel for 5 minutes.

Transfer them to syrup and stir. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Wash the lingonberries and remove all debris from them.
