Sort young pine cones thoroughly, put in a sieve, rinse and let the excess liquid drain. Place the prepared buds in a thick-bottomed container. Pour in the required amount of granulated sugar and pour in a glass of drinking water, mix well. Then put the container on low heat, bring to a boil. Cook the jam for 25 minutes.
Then remove from heat, cool completely. Add citric acid. Put the jam back on the fire and simmer for 35 minutes over low heat after boiling. Prepare the jars, wash thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan for 7-10 minutes.
