I want to share a wonderful recipe for an unusual jam from young pine cones with lemon. Such jam is considered medicinal, it is used for colds, as well as for their prevention. The delicacy turns out to be not only useful, but also very tasty.

Sort young pine cones thoroughly, put in a sieve or colander, rinse and let the excess liquid drain. Place the prepared buds in a thick-bottomed container. Pour the lemon over with boiling water and cut into thin slices-quarters, after removing the seeds, put in a saucepan, pour in the required amount of drinking water.

Then put the container on low heat, bring to a boil. Gradually add the required amount of granulated sugar, stirring constantly until the crystals are completely dissolved. Boil the flavored jam for 50-60 minutes.
