Victoria jam without boiling

Jam without boiling is especially useful, because it retains all the beneficial properties of strawberries. At the same time, the berries do not boil over and turn out to be very beautiful, and the taste is incredibly rich. This is a very aromatic and mouth-watering delicacy!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We clean the strawberries, get rid of the petioles, fill them with water, rinse and leave for a couple of minutes to get rid of all dust and dirt.
step 2 out of 5
Mix water and sugar in a saucepan. We put on fire and cook the syrup until the sugar is completely dissolved.
step 3 out of 5
Fill the strawberries with sugar syrup and leave for 5-6 hours until the mass is completely cool. Then pour the water back into the pan and boil again, boil for 5-7 minutes.
step 4 out of 5
Pour the strawberries again and crush them a little so that the berries are not very damaged. We repeat the process 1-2 more times.
step 5 out of 5
We put the berries in jars and fill with syrup. We roll up.

Bon Appetit!
